Getting ready to put your house on the market? I will do a walk through with you to give you advice on how to present your home in the best way to maximize your selling price and decrease your time on the market. Each room will have an action plan outlined and emailed to you within 24 hours. If you want help in putting that action plan in motion, I can provide on site help with design, rearranging furniture, styling shelves, sourcing accessories at half day or full day increments to be billed in addition to the consultation.
